Is the property family friendly?
Yes! However, please note that our Cabins are
not small child "proof" and children must be
supervised at all times.
Do you have air conditioning?
No. The Cabins & Suites are shaded by mature
trees and stay quite comfortable even on the
hottest Adirondack days. We value fresh air
and provide ceiling & table fans to catch the
summer breezes.
Is the Northville Lake good for swimming?
Yes! Motorized boats are not allowed on the
Northville Lake, which is perfect for kayakers
and swimmers. We have a swimming area and
dock at our private beach.

Our office is open most days from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please call or email for availability and current rates. Rates are subject to change without notice.
The Cabin & Suite rates include coffee and tea in the kitchens along with artisan bar soaps. Use of our grills, kayaks, rowboats, and vintage bicycles are also complementary for our guests. Firewood is available at cost ($5 per load) for evening camp fires.
To complete a reservation, we require a deposit (via check or money order) equal to the first night’s accommodation for one or two night stays. A 1/3 deposit is required for reservations of three nights or longer. Our brochure, along with a written confirmation & guest policies will be sent as receipt of a received deposit. To hold the Cabin or Suite, the deposit must be received within 10 business days of making the reservation. Full payment is due at check-in. Cash, Check, or M.O. only, please.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS which helps us keep our rates so reasonable. You will, however, be charged $25 for returned checks in addition to applicable bank fees.
CANCELLATIONS: If canceling all OR part of your stay, a refund of the deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee per Cabin and Suite reserved will be made upon 3 week advance notice of arrival date. If canceling all OR part of your stay within 3 weeks of your reservation, there can be no refund of the deposit (up to the dollar amount cancelled). No refunds can be given for late arrivals, early departures, or last minute problems or circumstances.
CHECK-IN is from 3PM to 6PM. Please provide advance notice for a check-in beyond 6 p.m.
CHECK-OUT is prior to 10AM.

BY MAKING A RESERVATION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR POLICIES AS STATED BELOW. NON-COMPLIANCE MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES, LOSS OF DEPOSIT, OR A CANCELLED RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND.
- Our property & amenities are intended solely for use by our guests. Picnics and private parties cannot be accommodated. If you would like to have visitors during your stay, please contact us in advance with all requests. We require all visitors to check in at the office upon arrival.
- We do not have a lifeguard at the lake. The waterfront brochure must be read and signed before swimming or boating. For the safety of swimmers, fishing is not permitted from our beach.
- Absolutely No Pets, Please!
- Smoking is not permitted in any of our buildings or porches.
- We ask all guests to be quiet after 9p.m. and respectful of all guests and neighbors at all hours of the day.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- We request that while enjoying the Cabins & Suites, you treat the rooms with the respect and care that we have. Please note that you will be billed for any damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items.
- Owners are not responsible for accidents, injury, or loss of property.
DIRECTIONS:
NY State Thruway (Rt. 90) to Exit 27 Amsterdam. Follow Rt. 30 North to Northville. Turn R onto the Northville Bridge (Bridge St.) and into town. Turn R on Main St., continue out of town and over a small spillway bridge. The Orendaga will be on the left.
