We require a 1/3 security deposit (cash or check only) above the cost of the stay for a confirmed reservation. This deposit covers the use of the cabin and amenities and will be refunded after departure and the cabin is cleaned. Full payment is due at check-in. Cash, Check, or M.O. only.WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS at this time. You will be charged all bank fees for returned checks.
CANCELLATIONS: A refund of the security deposit minus a $25 fee will be made upon 14 day advance notice of arrival date. No refunds are given within 14 days. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
CHECK - IN is from 3PM to 6PM. Please provide advance notice for check-in beyond 6pm.CHECK - OUT is prior to 10AM. Please inquire about late check-out availability.
DIRECTIONS:
NY State Thruway (Rt. 90) to Exit 27 Amsterdam.
Follow Rt. 30 North to Northville.
Turn R onto the Northville Bridge (Bridge St.) and into town.
Turn R on Main St., continue out of town and over a small spillway bridge.
The Orendaga is a block further on the left.
