In order to ensure the safety of both our guests and ourselves,
we are utilizing CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfection of our accommodations:
Additional time (usually 24 hours) is booked between guests in order to have adequate time for enhanced cleaning and disinfection practices.
Removable fabric items, such as throw pillows and extra blankets, have been taken out of the spaces. Extra blankets and sleeping pillows can be provided upon request.
We are doing “no contact” check-in/check-out. Deposits and balances are being handled via phone and remote processing. Keys are left for check-in for guest pick up, and check-out involves leaving the key and locking the cabin or suite door upon exit.
The beach front and campfire/picnic areas are available for guest use. Per NYS guidelines, social distancing (6 feet or more space between people) should be followed. No gatherings beyond the immediate group in your cabin and/or suite, and masks should be worn on the property and within the local community.
